Refund Policy
Overview
Kookbags refund and returns policy is applicable for a period of only 4 hours
after delivery is received at customers end.
We do not have any return policy. All products under fruits, vegetables,
combos, exotic, essentials, value packs, saag etc… categories are not
eligible for any return policy but may be eligible for refund policy.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your refund request through WhatsApp or Mail (support@phase.dhritil.com) is received and
inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The refund amount would only be added to your Wallet.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your wallet within 24 hours of approval.
Cancellation
To cancel any order placed, it can be done through whatsapp intimation
or mail at support@phase.dhritil.com with
only 2 hours of placing the order. Any request after that wont be considered.
The refund amount of cancellation would be credited back to its original
source of credit. The same would be done within 24 hours and confirmation mail
would be sent to registered mail id.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Wallet and still
if it’s not reflecting please contact us at support@phase.dhritil.com
